Bonus Terms & Conditions
1. GENERAL
1a. Any bonuses are not available to players from Sweden, including participation in any kind of promotional programs, receiving VIP rewards, as well as exchange of comp points.
1b. All bonuses can only be used by one person/on one device/from one IP/from one browser.
1c. While you have active bonus, maximum bet for all game types (slots, live games, table games, scratch, action games) is 5 EUR / 5 USD / 8 CAD / 8 NZD (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). Purchasing any game features (including but not limited to ’respin’) will add to your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, Avalon78 reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.
1d. To claim any of the deposit bonuses, the minimum deposit is EUR 20, USD 20, 25 CAD, 25 NZD.
1e. The player's money is wagered first when the bonus is linked to the deposit (e.g., match bonus), followed by bonus money. However, in the case where the player has real and bonus money from a separately activated bonus (i.e., not connected to the real funds on the balance), bonus money is wagered first.
1f. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a cashback bonus, comp points bonus, tournament bonus, any deposit bonus except welcome bonus, personal VIP bonus or the weekly bonus will be 10,000 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD. Please note that any amount in excess will be forfeited prior to requesting a withdrawal.
It may take up to 14 business days to review each specific case.
1g. A player can request a withdrawal prior to meeting the bonus wagering requirements, but the bonus and any winnings resulting from it will be forfeited.
1h. You can claim only one bonus at a time. Deposit bonuses are not added up.
1i. All deposit bonuses and free spins have to be wagered x40. Unless stated otherwise, no-deposit and free spin bonuses must be wagered x40 times before the funds can be withdrawn. A minimum deposit of €20 is required to cash out following a no-deposit or a free spin bonus.
1j. If a player did not play through the deposit amount that resulted in free spins credited at least 3 times (table games not included), the casino reserves the right to cancel the free spins and any winnings received with their help. If a player makes a deposit to claim free spins, he needs to play through the deposit amount at least 3 times before withdrawing funds.
1k. If for any reason selected deposit bonus did not activate, the player must seek assistance for the customer support team before playing. If the selected deposit bonus wasn’t activated and the player spent some or all of the funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.
2. DEPOSIT BONUSES AND FREE SPINS
2a. Players from Ireland, Finland, Croatia aren't eligible for any deposit-based bonuses.
2b. To activate a bonus, the bonus code given in the bonus description must be used when making a deposit.
2c. To use free spins, you need to activate them in your personal area and then open the slot for which they are intended.
2d. When you start playing with a bonus, the real money is played first, followed by the bonus funds.
3. NO-DEPOSIT FREE SPINS
3a. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a nodeposit bonus is 50 EUR, 50 USD, 75 CAD, 75 NZD.
3b. To use the free spins, you need to activate them in your personal area and then open the slot you need.

4. ADDITIONAL BONUS TERMS
4a. Please keep in mind that different games will contribute differently to your wagering requirements:
- Table games – Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo – 5% (except for games with a live dealer);
- Video poker – 5%;
- Roulette, Poker – 5% (except for games with a live dealer);
- Slots – 100% (except for the games listed below)
- Crash Games - 5%
4b. Minimal risk bets on any games (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create “action” with minimal risk) do not qualify for completing the wagering requirement. Examples of minimal risk bets include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette, and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. Players who are found to be adopting these practices risk of having their bonus and winnings confiscated.
4c. Both the bonus and any resulting winnings will be lost once the bonus expires.
4d. Any bonus can be cancelled before the wagering requirements are met. Otherwise, by cancelling the bonus the player accepts that all the winnings gained while playing with this bonus, if any, and the bonus amount are deducted from the player's balance. 4e. A player can change the active currency only after the first stage of the welcome bonus has been completed. For instance, if the player already made a $/€20 deposit for the first stage of the welcome bonus, they can switch to another currency for their second deposit.
The casino may refuse to give bonuses to a player by its own decision without notification and without providing the reasons.
4f. Avalon78 reserves the right to confiscate any bonuses or winnings received in a fraudulent manner. Avalon78 terms forbid abusing bonus offers (customer bonus ratio (deposits:bonuses) exceeds 50%). If cases of such an abuse coming to light, the casino reserves the right to confiscate the winnings obtained while abusing the bonuses and disable bonuses for the customer's account.
4g. It’s forbidden to delay any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, for the time when you don’t need to wager the bonus and/or make new deposit(s).
4i. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.
4j. A bonus is automatically cancelled upon the active balance reaching 0.05 USD, 0.05 EUR, 0.05 NZD, 0.05 CAD, or less.* *This clause only applies to the balance related to a bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus or only bonus in case of a no-deposit bonus, and doesn't apply to the funds in the player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.
4k. Max bet limit (5 EUR) includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed, and bonus rounds (purchased within the game).
4l. The Bonus Terms and Conditions as published on the Website in English shall prevail over any other language versions in the event of differences between the English version and the translation. Translations to other languages are available just as an extra service, for the convenience of the customers.
4m. The Website reserves the right to update the Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time.

6. CASHBACK BONUSES
6a. Cashback will be issued each Thursday at 00.00 GMT for your losses over the past week (bonus money and deposits related to the issued bonuses are not included). Forlosses between 1,000 EUR/1,000 USD/ 1,500 CAD/ 1500 NZD and 2,000 EUR/2,000 USD/3,000 CAD/ 3,000 NZD, the cashback is 5%. If your losses exceed 2,000 EUR/2,000 USD/ 3,000 CAD/ 3,000 NZD, the cashback is 7%. The wagering requirement is x10.
